Under the provisions of NCAA 13.02.12. membership in The Ole Miss Rebel
Bullpen Club would constitute a person being defined as a "representative
of the athletic interest" for The University of Mississippi. Such persons
are prohibited under NCAA Bylaw 13.01.5 from making in-person, on or
off campus recruiting contacts, or written or telephonic communication
with a prospect or the prospect's relatives or legal guardians. The University
of Mississippi is held responsible by the NCAA and is subject to penalties
for violations committed by such persons. If you have any questions about
