Note: under provisions of NCAA 13.02.12,membership in the Ole Miss Rebel Bullpen Club constitutes a person being  defined  as   a "representative of  the athletic interest"  for  the University of  Mississippi.

Such  persons are prohibited under NCAA Bylaw 13.01.5 from  making  in-person, on  or  off  campus   recruiting  contacts, or  written  or  telephonic  communications  with a  prospect  or  the prospect's  relatives or  legal guardians.

The University of  Mississippi is held responsible by the NCAA and is subject to penalties for violations committed by such persons.
